How do I use Protectus Mould Eradication Kit™?

Start with Protectus Mould Killer. Spray the affected area, leave for 15 minutes, then apply Protectus Mould Stain Remover to lift and wash away any visible stains. Rinse thoroughly and allow the surface to dry. Add a second light spray of Protectus Mould Killer to provide long-term protection. Use biocides safely. Always read the label before use.

What surfaces can I treat?

Use on both porous and non-porous household surfaces, including grout, bathroom fixtures, ceilings, walls, and around windows. It can also be used on plastics, metals, wood, appliances, countertops, tiles, and other everyday surfaces.

Is it effective on black mould?

Yes. The Mould Killer is formulated to kill mould at the root, including black mould, and the Stain Remover helps restore the surface’s appearance.

Can I use it in the kitchen?

Yes, you can use our sprays on non-food contact surfaces such as fridges, counters, walls and ceilings. Always rinse well after cleaning.

How does this compare to bleach or vinegar?

The product can be used on food contact surfaces. You can also use our sprays on non-food contact surfaces, such as fridges, counters, walls, and ceilings. Afterwards, wipe over with a clean, damp cloth.

Will it stop mould from coming back?


The kit eliminates active mould and removes stains, helping to prevent regrowth. Results are best where moisture sources in your home, such as leaks or persistent condensation, have been resolved. When these issues are under control, the eradication effects are more likely to last longer.

Is it safe to use around children and pets?

Our product is bleach-free and pH-neutral. While cleaning, keep pets and children away from the area during and after application until the surface is fully rinsed and dry.

How should I store the products?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture; check the packaging for expiry dates.
